Leland Fay’s Story
Leland Fay passed away on Memorial Day after an eight year battle with brain tumors. Leland was originally diagnosed with 98 brain tumors and additional tumors in his stomach, lungs, liver, neck and head. He was told he had six months to live and fought for eight years to watch his boys grow. He holds the record for the most brain tumors, a record no one wants to hold. He fought courageously and with a sense of humor.
Continuing the Our Journey With the Fay Family
In 2020, the first annual Leland Fay Memorial golf tournament was a huge success. We are so thankful to be back for the 2nd annual tournament this year! As we continue to support the Fay family we invite you to register as a foursome or individual to take on Antler Creek Golf Course, August 6th. This will be a 8:00 AM shotgun start with lunch following.
Golfing for Compassion
As time goes on it’s important to continue to show the Fay family the community, family, and friends are still supporting them. Show your support through enjoying a great day of golf with an auction and lunch following. All proceeds will directly benefit the Fay family. Amazing sponsorship opportunities are available!
